We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but just in case you are not satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
All purchases that meet the following requirements are eligible for return
Regular-price merchandise:
- Items MUST be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant, and scents.
- The original packaging with its garment tags must still be attached.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund request will be processed. StormBear Clothes reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping number or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Merchandise:
- All items marked down are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund
To start a return, all you need to do is
- Please email returns@stormbearclothes.com
- Provide your receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for return.
- I’ll get back to you with the return address
- Once I receive the item(s) I will confirm whether the return has been accepted and issue the refund.
